Food Advice

  • Did you know that the four main taste senses - sweet, sour, bitterness and saltiness are what tells us how good or bad food tastes? So, adding more of these flavours will improve the taste of food - but go easy on salt!
  • Little at first: remember, it’s always better to add ingredients a little at a time, otherwise too much means to late.
  • Water: try to avoid using too much unnecessary water in cooking - it dilutes flavour, thins down consistency and absorbs some vitamins.
